Throughout my career, my motivation has remained the same – understanding what makes businesses successful and how we can create the right conditions for people and organizations to reach their full potential.

Over the years, I have founded and grown technology companies, led business transformations, and helped turn struggling organizations into profitable businesses. These experiences have taught me that success rarely comes down to a single idea or technology. Instead, it's about bringing together people, culture, business understanding, and a clear sense of purpose.

I have always been fascinated by technology's potential to transform how we work, collaborate, and build businesses. With AI and automation, we are now entering a new era of technological change that I believe will fundamentally reshape the way we approach entrepreneurship and business development.

Today, I am the CEO and Co-founder of Elva Group, where we help companies leverage modern technology to transform their operations and unlock new business opportunities.

What inspires me most is not the technology itself, but what it makes possible. Simplifying complexity, unleashing human creativity, and empowering even smaller businesses to develop solutions that were once only within reach of large organizations.
